Median Home Prices in Bozeman Rise 7.6% in February

The amount of days spent on market fell by 44%. Single family homes rose above $1 million

According to the Bozeman Real Estate Group and data from the Big Sky Country MLS, Bozeman's real estate landscape as of February 2024 shows a median home price of $820,000, spanning single-family homes, townhomes, and condos.

Here’s a breakdown of median sold prices by housing type:

  • Single-Family Homes: $1,161,000
  • Townhomes: $545,000
  • Condos: $524,500

Our median price ranks as the second highest, trailing only behind Big Sky:

  • Big Sky: $3,337,500
  • Belgrade: $525,000
  • Livingston: $412,500
  • Three Forks: $560,000
  • Manhattan: $752,500

Single family homes rose a whopping 37% from $845,000 to $1.16 million.

The number of homes sold in February was equal to the number sold in February 2023 and tied for the 4th lowest since March 2020 at just 63 homes.

Days spent on market dropped from 36 days to 20 days, a similar pattern seen in last February's numbers.
